THANK YOU

On the eve of the General Election I just want to thank all the people who helped me out with my election campaign including my team of canvassers and the people in the office too. I also want to thank my family for their support. A special word of thanks to the great people that I met out on the campaign. The courtesy with which me and my team were treated will remain in my memory for a long time after the votes were counted and I thank the people of Roscommon and East Galway for that sincerely. I would urge people to get out and vote in the election if they can at all regardless of who they are going to vote for. A lot of people gave their lives in this country to ensure that we have the right to vote so I would ask people to go out and exercise their right to vote in this election. It has been a privilege to represent the people since I was elected and I am hoping to have another opportunity to work hard on their behalf over the coming years and I thank you for your support thus far.
