No Irish Involvement In European Army

In recent days there have been more suggestions coming from the EU that Ireland would be part of a future European army and any such proposal should be rejected out of hand by the Taoiseach and the Irish Government. Ireland is a neutral country and should remain that way. We have heard a lot of soft chat in recent days with Enda Kenny cosying up to his European counterparts at the summit meeting but he needs to put his foot down on this matter and state that under no circumstances will Ireland agree to be part of any joint European army. The EU should be told that Ireland will not in any way compromise it’s neutral status end of story This is more EU interference that is most unwelcome
