New Taxi Rank At Roscommon Station Welcomed

I would like to thank Iarnrod Eireann for their co-operation on the very important matter of a taxi-rank for Roscommon Railway Station, which will now be provided. I have been working closely with Iranrod Eireann and Roscommon County Council for the past couple of months on this matter and they are willing to provide two or three spaces at Roscommon station for the provision of a taxi rank. This will be a big help to elderly people, tourists or people who have appointments at the county hospital or elsewhere. I am hopeful that the work required will be carried out without delay and it will be very welcome when completed. I would also like to thank Roscommon County Council for their co-operation.
