More Funds Needed For Employment Schemes

I have been lobbying the Minister to provide funding for extra Rural Social Scheme workers and an extension for Community Employment and Tus schemes in the forthcoming budget. The Minister and the Department of Finance are well aware of the need for more resources to be put in place in these areas and I will expect him to deliver in that regard on Tuesday next in the budget.
