Day Care Services In Keadue Suspended

I found out today that Day Care Services in Keadue are being suspended from March 31st this year.
“t is my understanding that staff at the centre have only been told yesterday(Tuesday) despite the fact that others involved were informed by Pobal much earlier”
This was a wonderful service for the local area with up to two-hundred dinners being distributed locally. In addition, there was a very valuable daily service which served large numbers especially on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week. In addition to being a focal point for the elderly of the community it also provided additional services such as Laundry and day trips were also organised by the staff for the local people who attended.”
“The withdrawal of this service is another brutal attack on our elderly and our rural communities and we can ill afford to have services such as this taken away and we need somebody to step forward and explain the situation to these people..it is not good enough that an excellent service such as this can be swept away from the vulnerable people who need it most.
